You can complete the Postgraduate Certificate in Software Engineering either on campus or part-time online.
To enrol in the Postgraduate Certificate in Software Engineering (PGCertSE) you must have completed a Bachelor of Computer Science, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a Bachelor of Software Engineering, or equivalent from an Aotearoa New Zealand university, with at least a B Grade Point Average.

The Postgraduate Certificate in Software Engineering is comprised of 60 points, including 30 points from two compulsory courses, and 30 points from elective courses.
Domestic students can undertake study for this qualification either part-time online or on campus, or full-time on campus. International students can study part-time online or full-time on campus. The PGCertSE will take 6 months full-time to complete, or up to 1 year part-time.
