APPLY NOW

The team consists of members of UC Aerospace, the largest student-led aerospace club in New Zealand. The club provides hands-on experience in designing, manufacturing, simulating, and launching high powered rockets.

Your donation will provide financial support for the student team to travel and participate in the Spaceport America Cup.

UC Aerospace is the first team from New Zealand to compete in the competition and, last year, the team placed 8th in 30,000 apogee category (reaching the highest point of 30,000 ft, roughly 10km).

This year, their goal is to build a rocket that reaches the exact height of 30,000 ft, with a top speed of 2,469km, and they're aiming straight for a place on the podium.

Your support will have a direct impact on the team's ability to compete and excel at the Spaceport America Cup.

The team is also looking for corporate sponsorship. If your company is interested in sponsoring the rocket and having your logo blasted 30,000 ft into the atmosphere, please email us
