Develop an in-depth understanding of transport planning as a discipline with a master’s degree in Transport Planning from UC.
Through this master’s programme you will gain practical experience in transport planning and design, along with a deep understanding of the issues associated with urban planning, natural hazards, and environmental factors.
Learn to engage with communities and stakeholders to create solutions for transport problems like congestion, greenhouse gas emissions, and negative health impacts.
To enrol in the MTranPlan at UC, you must have qualified for a university bachelor’s degree relevant to transport planning (such as Geography, Engineering, Environmental Studies, Planning, Sociology), with at least a B Grade Point Average.

The MTranPlan is made up of a total 180 points from compulsory courses, a community or workplace project, and elective courses.
You may choose to complete your degree unendorsed or with an endorsement in one of the following areas:
Starting in February, the MTranPlan will take 1.5 years full-time study to complete or can be completed within 5 years part-time study.
