This coached, interval-based class moves away from traditional weights to music formats and instead focuses on intentional lifting, quality movement, and progressive overload. With structured work and rest periods, you’ll have the opportunity to lift heavier, move with control, and reset between efforts — allowing you to get more out of every session.
Across five structured blocks (including a dedicated core finish), you’ll work through a variety of full body exercises using barbells, dumbbells, and functional equipment.
