A fully immersive digital workout that guides you every step of the way with detailed video exercises and real-time heart rate monitoring displayed on a large screen.

What to expect
  • Warm-up phase of 5 minutes of simple cardio exercises 
  • 45min interval based circuit, utilising top-of-the-line equipment, free weights and tools.
  • Cool down and stretch phase of 5 minutes
  • Location: RecCentre FUN Zone.

  • SkillX class structure remains constant, so you know what to expect each class, however the intervals and exercises vary to keep it interesting and ensure you can achieve peak performance.

How often should you attend?

Include it in your fitness routine 2-4 times per week and watch your body transform! 

How to attend

Book in the app, or on our website timetable. You can ask reception to book you in too.  5 minutes before class, please head to reception to collect your class token and towel, to secure your spot in the class. Once in the Fun Zone, hand your token to your instructor. Tokens can be booked up to 30mins before the class begins.
