6. Complete your enrolment

Make a booking to complete your enrolment in person with the Enrolments team for when you've arrived on campus.

Upload a copy of your visa in the Document Library in myUC and check a copy of your passport is there too.  Check your contact details are up-to-date in your myUC profile, including your term address (where you will be living while you study). 

Attend your booked session with the Enrolments team in Te Pātaka (Puaka-James Hight), taking your passport and visa with you. Accept the Enrolment Agreement you will be given and pay any outstanding fees to complete your enrolment.

You don't need to book a session to complete your enrolment in person.

As soon as you have received your new visa, send evidence through to student-visa@canterbury.ac.nz with your student ID number and you will receive an Enrolment Agreement. Once you've accepted your Enrolment Agreement and paid any outstanding fees, you will have completed your enrolment.
