Student Services Hub

Te Pātaka

02 November 2023

Te Pātaka is the first place to visit if you’ve got a question or need help with something while you’re studying at UC. Check out our Student Services Hub.

Just like pātaka (storehouses for food, goods, and other valuable resources), Te Pātaka is a one-stop-shop of resources for tauira (students), so you can be equipped for success during your time at UC.

Services available at Te Pātaka

First Year Student Advice

If you're in your first year at UC, you can talk to your Kaitoko | First Year Student Advisor for advice on degree planning, changing courses, timetable clashes and navigating life at UC in general. You can book an in-person or phone/Zoom appointment with your Kaitoko.

Enrolment support

For any questions about the enrolment process, tuition fees, identity and citizenship verification, student visa, or insurance for international students, visit the Enrolments team on Level 3.
