Results are released progressively throughout the day and may appear at different times for different students.
It is not uncommon for some results to take longer to appear. While some students may see results soon after midday, others may not see theirs until later in the afternoon.
All available results are expected to be visible by 4.30pm.
If your results are not available by 4.30pm, please:
- Check your course page on AKO | Learn for any updates or announcements from your course coordinator.
If no information is available:
- Contact your course coordinator directly. Alternatively, you can contact the UC Contact Centre until 6pm. Or on weekdays between 8am – 5pm.

If we experience issues releasing results, we will publish status updates as needed here.
Accessing your results
You can view your results by logging into the myUC Student Portal and selecting “Internal transcript and results.”
If you encounter issues accessing the portal:
- Try refreshing your browser or logging in again after a few minutes.
- Consider using a different device or browser.
- Ensure your internet connection is stable.
