A/Prof Stefanie Gutschmidt and her team are active in pursuing fundamental research problems as well as solving a variety of application-oriented and technological challenges. The underlying theme and interest common to all of these activities is dynamics – in particular nonlinear dynamics and coupled oscillators. Most of the research projects are interdisciplinary and therefore carried out in collaborations with local, national and international partners.
