There are a number of policies, regulations, codes, and guidelines that outline the behaviour expected from staff and students at UC. When things go wrong, official procedures are followed. 

If you have a concern, you are advised to check the relevant documents so you can make an informed decision on how to progress and resolve your concern appropriately, and you know what to expect from the process.
