Booking Routine Appointments:
You can book routine appointments by calling reception on 06 369 4444, or via Manage My Health Patient Portal (MMH). Once you have registered with us , recception will assist you in setting up MMH, enabling you to book appointments, request repeat prescriptions and check your results.
Doctor and nurse appointments are for 15 minutes and are for 1-2 issues only. Please book a double appointment if you have more than 2 issues to discuss. The doctor/nurse may request you to book another appointment if it goes over 15 minutes.
Booking Urgent Appointments
In an emergency, call 111 or go to The Emergency Department at Christchurch Hospital.
If you need an urgent doctor/nurse appointment - call reception who will add you to the nurse phone list. The nurse will call you and discuss what is concerning you, give advice - including if you need to be seen urgently and if we are able to offer you an appointment or you need to be seen elsewhere
Parking
There is dedicated Health Centre parking at 90 Ilam Road Christchurch, including disability parking.
Counselling Appointments
Appointments with our counsellors are 50 minutes in duration and our patients usually have between one and six of these sessions. There is a waiting list. Please see the counselling services page for more information.
