In addition UC has a wealth of student societies that organise events catering for a wide range of interests to help maintain a healthy work-life balance.
The proximity of Christchurch makes it a fantastic place to live for those who love outdoor recreation. You’re spoilt for choice with either mountain biking on the Port Hills, skiing or tramping in the Southern Alps or enjoying one of Christchurch’s many beaches just to name a few. There’s always endless possibilities for a new adventure.
