You are recommended to submit your enrolment application by the listed closing date to allow adequate processing time. Late applications may still be considered if space is available, but could incur a Late Enrolment Fee and international students risk not receiving a visa in time.
Note: some qualifications and courses have an earlier application deadline and may require extra documentation or additional steps. Check the list here.

The change of enrolment deadlines for each course depends on the course's semester code (eg 'S1' - Semester One). Find the relevant semester code below for the applicable deadline.
If you're fully enrolled, you can add or drop courses for a short period of time after the Official Course Start Date. Any courses dropped by the deadline will be fully refunded and there is no charge for adding courses to your enrolment within this timeframe.
The final date to drop courses with no refund (excluding PhD and Master's by Thesis-only students) is when approximately 75% of the teaching component of the course has been completed - see specific dates below for each semester code. Courses dropped by the specified date will not show on an Academic Transcript, will not receive a grade, and will not be eligible for a refund.

Courses of 31 weeks or more duration
The fourth Sunday after the Official Course Start Date
The deadline to drop courses with these semesters with no refund is the Sunday closest to when 75% of the course has been completed. Courses dropped by this date will not show on an Academic Transcript, will not receive a grade, and will not be eligible for a refund.
