Free MOOC Online Courses

UC strives to deliver excellent, research-informed education, and creative and innovative research with staff who are empowered to make a real difference to societies here and around the world. UC prepares its graduates to care, think and be future ready.
With the launch of the new UC Strategic Vision in 2020, one of UC’s key objectives is providing accessible, flexible, and future focused learning opportunities for our students. Joining global education provider edX has enabled UC to offer free, short courses in a variety of disciplines to the world.
The UC platform, named UCx, opened enrolments for its Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) in October. Typically of short duration, MOOCs are delivered online to thousands and sometimes millions of students, with course content presented through high-quality video segments, and an emphasis on learning, rather than assessment.
