A large international network “The Mis(sing) Information” is intended as an interdisciplinary platform for researchers working on questions related to misinformation, disinformation, “post‑truth” dynamics, truth and trust in institutions, media ecologies, education, democracy, and related fields. This international network is led by the Bielefeld University (Germany) and Örebro University (Sweden) uniting scholars from Sweden, Germany, New Zealand, Denmark, Norway, Czechia, Italy, Ukraine, Japan, Cyprus and France.
Within this network, the UC, as a partner, conducts the Pilot Study “Mis)sing Information in Education and Student Awareness” focusing on student awareness in the context of the global competence acquisition. The Pilot is supported by a research grant from UC Education.
