[Resolved] UC website and internet issues

UC’s internet service, including wi-fi and ethernet, is currently experiencing ongoing disruptions causing the service to be slow or drop connectivity. The UC website and UCOnline (canterbury.ac.nz and uconline.ac.nz) are also experiencing intermittent outages.

HOW TO APPLY

Our technical teams are actively working to restore full service as quickly as possible. 

We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve the issue. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
