Engineering & Forestry

Purpose: This scholarship supports students who are intending to study a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering at UC.

Value: Financial assistance to the value of $2,000 for one year.

Closing Date: 07 August 

Purpose: This scholarship supports undergraduate Engineering students who have a demonstrated involvement and commitment to motorsports as they start their BE(Hons) studies at UC. Applicants must demonstrate involvement in and commitment to motorsports.

Value: Financial assistance of $20,000 (initially towards tuition fees) for one year.

Closing Date: 07 August 

Purpose: This scholarship supports students from the Taranaki region intending to enrol in a Bachelor or Engineering (Hons) in Chemical & Process Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Natural Resources Engineering at UC.

Value: One-Year Scholarship: $5,000 initially paid towards tuition fees.

Two-Year Scholarship: $15,000 per annum initially paid towards tuition fees.

Closing Date: 07 August 

Purpose: The scholarship supports female students starting their first year of a programme for a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours degree (BE(Hons)) at UC.

Value: Financial assistance to the value of $8,000 for one year.

Closing Date: 07 August 

Purpose: This scholarship recognises top international scholars and supports them in study towards an undergraduate Engineering degree at.UC.  NB: This scholarship is for students studying an Aotearoa New Zealand secondary school, for students studying offshore or at UCIC, please apply under the October application round (see below).

Value: $10,000 towards tuition fees.

Closing Date: 07 August 

Purpose: This scholarship recognises top international scholars and supports them in study towards an undergraduate Engineering degree at.UC. NB: This scholarship is for students studying offshore or at UCIC, for students who are studying at an Aotearoa New Zealand secondary school, please apply under the August application round (see above).

Value: $10,000 towards tuition fees.

Closing Date: 31 October (TBC)

Purpose: This scholarship recognises and supports promising students from the Masterton District who intend to complete a programme for an undergraduate degree in Civil or Natural Resources Engineering at UC.

Value: Financial assistance to the value of $4,500 for one year.

Closing Date: 07 August 

Purpose: This scholarship recognises and supports high-achieving students entering their first year of the Bachelor of Forestry Science (BForSc) degree programme at UC.

Value: Financial assistance to the value of $2,000 for one year.
