International Enrolment Bookings
Make a booking
To complete your enrolment at UC as a new international student, the Enrolments team needs to see you (and your passport and visa) in person.
Once you have your visa and flights confirmed, book an appointment on campus with the Enrolments team. We recommend completing your enrolment a few days before your lectures begin.
What to expect when you attend your appointment
You will attend your appointment in the Puaka-James Hight building, which is also home to the Central Library on campus.
During your appointment, a member of the Enrolments team will ask to see the photo page of your passport and confirm whether you have uploaded a copy of your visa to your myUC Document Library. Your passport and visa details will be checked and recorded, and your insurance and contact details will be confirmed.
If your Faculty has approved your courses and programme of study, you will receive an Enrolment Agreement to review. This needs to be accepted and your tuition fees paid in full before you start your studies.
Within 24 hours of accepting your Enrolment Agreement, you can expect to receive an email with instructions on how to set up your IT account, and you should be able to collect your student ID card from the Security Office.
More details on your next steps once you're enrolled are listed here.
