Earth Science

• Examine the development of Earth in the past and into the future.  
• Gain a holistic understanding of how Earth's different spheres interact (geosphere, hydrosphere, atmosphere, cryosphere, and anthrosphere). 
• Coursework, labs, and short field trips. 
• Flexibility to create your own journey through the programme, with multiple pathways including geomorphology, climate change, hydrology, environmental hazards, geo-resources, and geospatial data science.

Earth Science minor 

For the minor in the Bachelor of Arts, Commerce, Computer Science, Digital Screen, Health, Product Design, Science, Social and Environmental Sustainability, Sport, or Youth and Community Leadership, complete the following courses:

• GEOG106 Global Environmental Change​
• GEOL101 Building Planet Earth: Fundamentals of Earth Science​ OR GEOL102 Environmental Earth System Science​
• Three courses above 100-level chosen from the major
