*You must obtain a UC Staff Card, ask your manager for details. This becomes your membership card.
** A letter from your Union confirming your current membership must also be provided within 2 weeks of joining, or the full rate will apply.
*** A joining fee is charged to anyone that hasn't held a membership in the past 6-month period. It covers the cost of administration plus the included services.
Staff who are also studying at UC
- You are not eligible for a UC student membership if you have had your fees waived and therefore the student levy (ie paid for by UC as part of your Professional Development/Employment agreement).
- You are only eligible for a student membership if you have paid your student levy fees and are fully enrolled.
- Your expiry date is related to your course enrolment. Please check with us if you're not sure.
