Last year I was provided with 2 extremely useful tools:  Otter and Read&Write.  These tools aided immensely with the creation of awesome lecture notes and contributed to my study considerably.  I believe I would not have done as well if I did not have these tools.  Study, time management and life can all interplay – these tools helped me stay focused and on track.  Seriously recommend to any student who wishes to excel.  And you couldn’t find a more lovely and helpful team then Samuel and Timna.  Thanks guys!

Samuel took the time to sit with me to understand what my needs were. He then recommended the resource (Otter, a transcription app) that would be most helpful to me and taught me how to use the resource. The app is awesome and so easy to use. I use it to transcribe technical discussions, take minutes of technician conferences, during lab demos, discussions etc.
