I am absolutely impressed with the session conducted by Assistive Technology, and I am actively using otter.ai for my PhD work. I have already used it for my first user study interview sessions. I used the Otter transcribe feature, and having the ability to see the real-time transcription is very interesting. I attach photos containing my hand-written notes to the Otter transcription and add comments for further reference.
I also integrated Otter with my calendar to keep track of my meetings. Since I have 30+ interviews to analyze, Otter's AI-based summarizing feature is another excellent option. I can glimpse each participant's feedback using the summary panel.
Otter.ai makes my research life a lot easier, and I'm grateful for the session and subscription you gave me. I am looking forward to continuing to use Otter.
