For its 2025 Impact Rankings, Times Higher Education (THE) gave the University of Canterbury a global institutional ranking of 61, placing it among the top 100 universities for Global Impact worldwide and second in New Zealand.
Compared to over 2,500 universities globally, and for the fourth year, UC has been ranked in the top 100 for Global Impact.
