Permission to Copy, Publish or Display

20 October 2026

As a research library, most of our collections can only be used in the library. You can often copy and scan collection items in the library, and we offer a copy request service if you can’t make it to the Library, or need high resolution images for publication or display purposes.

HOW TO APPLY

If you plan to visit Macmillan Brown Library in person to view art or archives, please do not use this form.  Instead, please register as a user and place a request on our art and archives website Kā Kohika.
