BASE9 2026 Registration Form

22 October 2025

Value-added assessment uses a baseline test in the beginning of Year 9 and NCEA results at the end of Year 11 or Year 12 (For schools not offering level 1). Optional value-added feedback is available at the end of Year 10. Students can sit additional curriculum-based tests in English, mathematics, science, and social studies. Fill out the online BASE9 registration form for 2026.
