The Stuttgart region is home to a large technology and manufacturing sector and is one of the economic engines of Germany and Europe.
On this course you will explore the industrial strength of the region and gain an understanding of the global strategy of the large players in the area including how they manage the tensions of innovation, production and a changing environment. You will also gain an understanding of how these large global organisations are vitally interconnected and supported by the many small and medium sized enterprises that make up the industrial ecosystem, and we will apply those learnings back to a New Zealand context.
While the study tour component is one-week long, the course also consists of workshops, activities and assessment items beforehand and afterwards.
