This Workforce Horizon Scan is from the Centre for Employability & Career Development at the University of Canterbury, and recently endorsed by our Employability Innovation Advisory Board.  Drawing on a wide range of sources and supported by AI-assisted analysis, the scan explores the workforce trends likely to shape the next three to five years, and what they could mean for UC as we prepare our students for the changing world of work.
