Course structure and topics covered
This two-day foundational course spotlights the notion that preconceived ideas, assumptions, and biases are making it hard for you to find solutions to issues facing your business – or are even stopping you from realising what the real problems are.
The course brings together a collection of hands-on methods that help solve the right problem by asking the right questions, while learning to understand human needs by connecting ourselves directly with those people affected. You will challenge your assumptions through empathy, rapid testing, feedback and prototyping.
