Award information
In collaboration with Ngāi Tūāhuriri, the mana whenua of the land UC resides on, UC researchers are helping build flourishing communities, resilient environments and equitable futures for Aotearoa and the world.
Winners of this award demonstrate that sustainability has been embedded in the research and/or its outcomes, or that advances in sustainability at a local, regional, national, or international scale have been achieved. Advances and outcomes may relate to any of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
2024 recipient
This award recognises Professor Ozanne’s significant contributions for the past 30 years, to research focused on environmentally motivated consumption behaviour and using those findings to market and promote more sustainable behaviours.
