Privacy

Private information means ‘personal information’ which according to legislation is any information about an identifiable individual.

At UC this means information that is of a personal nature (such as name, date of birth, address) that could be used to identify that person - this includes photographs. Personal information also includes ‘sensitive personal information’.

Be careful to follow the UC Privacy Policy in terms in your management of the use and disclosure of personal information at UC.
