This session explores how meritocracy policies shape hiring decisions, workplace culture, and organisational performance, and how purposefully diverse approaches can strengthen productivity, growth, and inclusion.

Each speaker will share insights from their research, followed by a panel discussion examining meritocracy and diversity practices across business, workplaces, communities, and government.
