Aidan Tonge has been awarded a 2021 University of Canterbury Haupatu Scholarship for Sport. He has just completed his final year at Rotorua Boys High School, and is coming to UC to study a Bachelor of Commerce.
In 2020 Aidan was selected in the Junior Tall Blacks team and in the New Zealand Under 23 Maori select Basketball team. He is looking forward to playing for the UC Basketball Club and making a name for himself within the Canterbury basketball community!
