Student Ambassadors is a leadership and service programme unique to University of Canterbury students living in any hall of residence.
It is open to both domestic and international students at any level of study and run in partnership with ISANA New Zealand (International Students Association of New Zealand and Australia).
This is an opportunity for participants to
- Grow their intercultural skills within UC Halls of Residence.
- Increase their collective capability to integrate international students into UC Halls of Residence and to help overcome cultural barriers.
- Grow cultural diversity within our accommodation community.
Students completing this programme will receive a UC/ISANA Students as Intercultural Leaders Award.
