Non-tuition fees

The following fees and levies may be charged to you where relevant and are in addition to your tuition fees.

The SSL is a compulsory fee that funds on-campus student services. The total amount you pay will depend on how many points you are enrolled in on campus.

Insurance (international students)

Insurance is compulsory for all international students studying on campus.

Late Enrolment Fee

If you have not accepted your Enrolment Agreement by the due date (on or before your earliest official course start date) you will be charged a Late Enrolment Fee. This is $130 in 2022.

Academic Transcripts and Letters

For official academic transcripts, letters confirming UC qualification details, and qualification verifications for employment agencies and prospective employers.

Text books

Search by course code on the UBS website for an estimate of text book costs.

Printing and Copying

You can print to printers in computer workrooms and UC libraries if you have credit on your IT account.

Parking

Parking permits can be bought for various lengths of time from hourly to full year. Find out how much it costs and how to get your permit.

Reconsideration of Grade

If you are unhappy with the result of any of your examinations or your final course grade, you may appeal against that result.

Graduation (regalia hire)

Graduands are responsible for obtaining their own academic regalia and we encourage you to organise yours early to ensure availability.
