STEMinism

STEMinism – UC’s Women in Engineering and Technology seminar!

This event is aimed at female students in Year 11-13 who are interested in finding out more about STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) study and career options. Parents and teachers are also welcome.

STEMinism highlights how a career in STEM can help you make a difference in the world. Engineering and technology impact society in so many ways – improving the lives of those in need and innovating how we do things in our day-to-day lives.

In our event in June 2022, you heard from a range of inspiring female speakers working in STEM industries or currently studying at UC.

STEMinism was live streamed and recorded for those unable to physically attend. You can watch STEMinism 2022 here.

STEMinism is co-hosted by UC’s College of Engineering, and UC’s Women in Engineering and Women in Technology student clubs.
