Richard Voss has worked in the UK, Germany and New Zealand in architecture, sustainability and workplace strategy for over 30 years. A commitment to durable quality and sustainability on major commercial, hospitality, housing, and mixed-use projects has defined his international career. Richard has worked closely with sustainability and interdisciplinary engineering principles throughout his career to improve buildings and the wellbeing of occupants.
Richard’s holistic design experience and ethos offer the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry a unique service by using innovation, collaboration and research analysis.
Richard is Architect in Residence at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, University of Canterbury. Richard specialising in teaching interdisciplinary design thinking, embodied collaboration and digital integration. Also, Richard is also a regular Guest Lecturer at the University of Auckland Business School, and covers innovation topics such as high performance environments, workplace productivity and Generative AI.
