Jessika’s research interests are in stormwater treatment, environmental protection, and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). For her PhD research in Civil and Natural Resources Engineering, she is investigating the lifespan and environmental impacts of downpipe treatment systems to remove dissolved metals from roof runoff. Jessika completed a Masters in Environmental Science and Technology at Federal University of ABC, a project that also focused on Sustainability and Life Cycle Assessment. Jessika has industry experience in Brazil, working on the development of LCA and related sustainability projects.
