Kathryn Jackson is a leadership coach, facilitator and author who uses a blended approach of coaching and consulting to influence change. She has over 25 years of HR consulting and coaching experience with former corporate employers including Andersen’s, Ernst & Young, and the Bank of Scotland.
Kathryn trained with the Oxford School of Coaching & Mentoring in 2005 and completed additional training with the award-winning team at Fuel50. Accepted as a Fellow with the CIPD in 2015 and awarded a Senior Practitioner Accreditation with the EMCC in 2017, she is passionate about building career success, confidence and resilience as a result of her coaching, training and consulting. Her latest book, Resilience at Work was a finalist for Best International Business Book at the Business Book Awards (London, 2019) and has recently been transformed into an engaging wellbeing and resilience programme that is run by facilitators throughout Australasia.
