Carl Davidson’s career has woven together the academic, commercial, and policy worlds. He is the founding partner of Research First, one of New Zealand’s best known and most loved insights agencies, and a former Chief Commissioner for the New Zealand Families Commission. He has been an adjunct to the MBA programme since 2015, and is the author or editor of ten books about research and evidence. He also previously wrote a regular column for Stuff about the social science of everyday phenomenon.
