The governance of UC is the responsibility of the University Council which sets UC's policies and approves degree regulations, financial and capital matters and monitors their implementation.
Council committees are responsible for making reccommendations to council on governance matters of the University.
Academic Board and its committees are responsible for providing academic advice to the council.
