This course will provide learners with knowledge and skills of project management (e.g. the profession of project management, selecting, opening and closing projects, managing project costs and time, risk management, quality management, benefits management). This course also dives deeper into more advanced topics in project management and includes application of knowledge and skills acquired (e.g. defining project scope, applying tools and techniques to manage cost and time to develop Gantt charts and earned value management, leadership and team development, and improving organisational project management maturity). Learners engage with a real project to provide an authentic learning experience.
