This course will assist you to analyse complex organisational behaviour topics at individual, group and organisational levels. The course is focused on accurate problem analysis as well as the leadership skills required to intervene effectively in complex organisational systems.
On completion of the course, it is expected that learners will be able to: 1. Understand role and purpose as the foundation of leadership. 2. Critically reflect on the leader’s mindset and its importance in leadership.3. Evaluate the importance of relationships and their contribution to wellbeing and effectiveness. 4. Analyse your strengths and weaknesses to increase engagement and wellbeing. 5. Critically reflect on the drivers of personal wellbeing and resilience.6. Develop specific strategies to achieve your personal leadership vision and values. 7. Examine and design specific strategies to practice self-responsibility and mindfulness for leadership effectiveness.
