Scholarships are competitive so you should start looking for funding opportunities as soon as you decide to apply to UC. This site lists scholarships and prizes that are administered by the UC Scholarships Office (unless otherwise stated), including those of Universities New Zealand. Further scholarships (including those managed entirely by external organisations) are listed on UC CareerHub and external websites.
Please register with myUC prior to submitting a scholarship application if you do not have a UC student ID number.

UC offers a range of scholarships, many recognising factors like academic excellence or sporting achievement. Others have an emphasis on social inclusion and equality and are awarded on the basis of financial need or other hardship.
