Description

This course focuses on the supervision of interns in their employing organisation throughout the internship as required by the Board. It consists of regular professional supervision during work (either by programme supervisors or field supervisors). The course involves interns engaging in a range of activities relevant to Organisational psychology, and that allow them to obtain the competencies required by the Board to become registered psychologists.

Prerequisites

Entry limited to students approved and admitted into the PGDipOrgPsyc, and who are registered with the New Zealand Psychologists Board as an intern psychologist.
