Great facilities and expert staff
Our facilities include a large weights area, boxing training area, suspension training area, cardio equipment, stretching area, climbing wall, squash courts and sport courts to play hoops on.
Membership includes an extensive group fitness programme with expert guidance in Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, HIIT30, Step, Pump, BAT, Core, Supercircuit and Spin classes. There are free introductory sessions for the gym, as well as low cost peronalised gym programmes from our expert team of qualified fitness consultants. Small Group Training is also available each term.

We welcome anyone through our doors! Our memberships are great value, and we offer discounted rates for UC Staff, Alumni and other students off our already low rates.
