Sairusi is from Fiji and his thesis takes an in-depth look into 'organisational culture' focussing on certain pillars that drive organisational success. Sairusi's research adopts a case study approach using the Crusaders Super Rugby Franchise as his case company. He over 20 years of work experience as a Human Resources professional ranging from Junior to Executive roles and will be completing his thesis in 2023.
