Application dates
Applications open
1 October 2023 - for 2024 courses
1 October 2024 - for 2025 courses
Applications close for international students and new domestic students
Semester One start
Enrolment applications close 8 December for international students and new domestic students with an intended Semester One start. Applications can still be submitted after this date but may not be processed in time for your intended start date and will only be considered if places are available.
Semester Two start
Enrolment applications close 1 May for international students and new domestic students with an intended Semester Two start. Applications can still be submitted after this date but may not be processed in time for your intended start date and will only be considered if places are available.
Applications close for continuing domestic students
Semester One start
Enrolment applications close 10 January for continuing domestic students with an intended Semester One start. Applications can still be submitted after this date but may not be processed in time for your intended start date and will only be considered if places are available.
Semester Two start
Enrolment applications close 3 June for continuing domestic students with an intended Semester Two start. Applications can still be submitted after this date but may not be processed in time for your intended start date and will only be considered if places are available.
Applications close for qualifications with limited entry
Some qualifications and courses have an earlier application closing date. Check the list to ensure you do not miss the deadline.
Enrolment dates

Enrolment Agreements must be accepted in myUC by the Official Course Start Date (listed below) to avoid a Late Enrolment Fee of $150.
Change of Enrolment Deadlines
You can make changes to your enrolment by adding and dropping courses for a short period of time after the Official Course Start Date and receive a full refund.

All course occurrences at UC have official start and end dates, according to the semester code.
