Get strong, get motivated, get tough with our Winter Bootcamp! Our experienced instructors will push you to your limits with fun and creative indoor and outdoot workouts, using all that the beautiful UC campus has to offer.
Sign up to get your butt kicked in the early morning two times a week!
What you sign up for
- 12 sessions over 6 weeks to challenge your limits - mixture of indoor and ourdoor workouts.
- Big focus on outdoor exercise using bodyweight, outdoor fitness toys and partner/team based activities
- Each session is designed to suit all fitness levels.
- Pre and post testing to measure your results.
- *Mon/Wed/Fri - This course includes two sessions (Mon & Fri) with our trainer, along with one free spin class each week on Wednesday (Spin30 7:10pm or Spin 5:10pm) during the 5 week period.
- Open to everyone, no membership required.
- Member discounts apply, see table below.
- Start times are SHARP! Arrive early ready to start on time or expect penalties....for you and your comrades
- Outdoor sessions where possible. If miserable, we take it inside in our sportshall
- No pro-rata payments. YOU GOTTA COMMIT TO GET RESULTS!
- No refunds, unless a medical certificate is provided. Administration fee may apply.

How to register
- If you would like to register for any of our courses see our Reception team or sign up over the phone. Payment must be made at the time of booking.
- Non-Members must sign up and pay at the UC Rec Centre to collect your entry cards.
