Small Group Training - Term 1 2019
Registrations for Term 1 Small Group Training are now open!
Our regular group fitness classes can be quite massive, but sometimes you just want some one-on-one time with the instructor to perfect your technique. Our Small Group Training courses offer you just that, in Boxing, Bootcamp, Barre, YogaPlay, Suspension Trainingm Animal Flow, Staff Yoga and more.
All courses are open to anyone to attend, except Staff Yoga (UC staff only). Discounts apply for all UC Rec Centre members, check out the specific course pages for more info.
