You First Physio
For 15 years You First Physio has been providing physiotherapy at the University of Canterbury. In 2020 we are pleased to be able to offer our new location, based at the UC Rec Centre.
The team at You First Physio will be able to guide you through all aspects of your rehabilitation and help you achieve your personal goals. We have a treatment room situated inside the UC Rec Centre and have full access to all areas of the gym.
How to book

Payment will be via online banking at the conclusion of your appointment.

How it works
- Visit www.youfirstphysio.co.nz or click here and book your appointment.
- Upon arrival, check-in at the reception counter at the UC RecCentre, the staff will direct you to the physio treatment room.
- Take a seat and the therapist will be with you as soon as is possible. If it is your first appointment please arrive 5 minutes early to fill out a consent form.
- Should you need to alter an appointment then please phone (03) 348 5359 and the reception staff at You First Physio will help you.
